This is not taken from the same angel as Nicole's pictures below, but i think you can tell by sound of things that it was a raging river.
We wanted to hike down further but Dad and Sheldon would have had heart attacks. Their protective nature came out and they were a little worried for our safety.

Well, if you were to get the same angle as Nicole you would have had to ford the river. MEDIC!!
Yeah, it was so fun! hiking in the rain and mud with grass taller than your head is awesome! I was surprised at how worried dad and Sheldon were about everything.
