This is a view from a river that feeds into Donnor Lake. There were houses right along the edge of it. How nice.
These are some of my favorite types of ducks called Mergansers. I also call them "blow dryer ducks" because their feathers stick out from the back of their heads as if they stood in front of very strong blow dryers. I was so excited to see some of them on our little kyak voyage.
We have got to go back to Donnor soon! It was so beautiful and fun.
