Roll Over Comments

So I didn't think that anyone would mind and I love this feature on my own blog, so I took the liberty to add it to the family blog. It is nice because now you don't have to click on the comments section, you just roll you mouse arrow over the peoples names that have made a comment and their comment pops up. If anyone apposes this change let me know and I can take it off. However, I think most of you probably don't really mind either way.
