These pictures are from a trip we took to the beach at the end of last month. We met Lisa and the boys there, as well as Haley. It was a nice day but the water was freezing. I haven't taken any new photos lately. I guess we haven't been up to anything interesting. Oh but don't you worry I am sure we will have plenty of photos to share after Halloween.

Well, not only have I been hitting the weights but I usually jump in the tanning booth at the gym for about 30 minutes a day. Looks good huh?
