A few weeks ago the boys went to station 10 with their joy school. They had a great time being the hotshots with the grandpa who is a fire captain. They also liked shooting the water out of the hose, as pictured. The mom's were offered a chance to use the hose too, but we were all too out of it or something to take them up on the offer. We regret not doing it now. I guess when you're wrestling a younger sibling you just can't handle a fire hose. Since the trip, as you can imagine, we live in the firehouse, drive an enginge, and every errand is a potential call. Yes, the boys have to run around town with their hats, boots, and jackets on.
