Asher is starting to walk! He is getting more brave every day. I think he is beginning to understand that walking beats crawling.
I bought this snow outfit during an after christmas sale last year. I got it really cheap but figured it would come in handy being in Utah. You know since this winter Asher will be at an age when he can actually play in the snow. Only one problem... we won't be in Utah! I had to try it on him anyway just to see what he looked like. It was HILARIOUS!! He still has some growing room (which is good since it's still August) but I LOVE the marshmellow jacket look on toddlers. So funny! He couldn't even move. He just stared at me like he is in the picture for like five minutes while I laughed and took pictures. Then he made his way to the floor and rolled about for a couple more minutes.
My point is that we definitely will have to make some trips to the snow this winter so we can enjoy him frolicking around in his snow gear.

I want to go too! Too bad we can't all go to Ohio, but maybe we can make a snow trip when Nicole is out here in the winter with the girls. Also, good job walking Asher! You'll be really good at it when you get out here to Grandma and Grandpa's.
I put the movie "Horton Hears a Who" in today for them while I was getting ready. Bristol then told me how it had been a long time since she had seen the movie (which is true). She then described this place where she had last scene it with tall stairs and we stayed there. I asked her if it was like a hotel, she said "yes but it was before we stayed at the hotel in disneyland, and I had my own bed". I still was stumped so I asked her what we did there, she responded "there were tall stairs and a fort and we stayed there". Suddenly it clicked and I remembered it was Lake Tahoe when we went in March. She then asked me if I remembered when Grandma and I went on a walk with her and showed her the snow. So long story short. We would love to go too. I would love to go when we come out sometime this year too.
