We started the day getting Dylan off to school, we then met over at the school to set up for his class party and the parade. After school we carved pumpkins; well, they threw the guts around the kitchen and then grew tired of the idea so I ended up carving the faces per their descriptions. We had dinner and then went trick or treating.
After binging on candy for three days, I had enough of the wrappers and sticky surfaces so I made an offer to the kids. I let them pick out 15 of their favorite pieces of candy and then I bought the rest from them. Only Dylan went for the idea. I sorted through Blake's bag and left the candy that he could eat without making a huge mess. Collin was a no go, too bad for him that he forgot that 2/3 of his candy was still in his fabric bag and so I took it. Out of curiosity I weighed the bag...six pounds. Yikes.
Anyone need some candy?

HOW FUN! Also, i love the class picture. You have the token tall girl who looks way older than everyone. The tiny kid who looks way younger. And the kid off to the far right who is pretty much in his own world.
