We are going to Washington in about a week! (I can't believe I'm really moving to Washington!) We took the opportunity this weekend to visit some great places in the Bay Area. Starting with the Children's Discovery Museum. Asher had so much fun playing around at this museum.

He LOVED the water area. (No surprise!) He was drenched when we finished-- good thing we brought a change of clothes!

Then we went to San Francisco. First we rode on the cable cars. Asher looks grumpy but he loved it.
Eating a delicious banana split at Ghiradelli Square. The three of us downed it in like five minutes. Look at the expression of awe on his face.
Can't wait to eat the split! Tongue at the ready!

Honestly I'm really sad to leave California. :( But, I am looking forward to getting settled into our new place in Washington. We have been in limbo and living off other people's generosity for long enough and we're ready to begin our next chapter!

Ahhh I miss that little nugget. I love the picture with his tongue out waiting to get a spoonful. I am sure he loved the water area. Good idea with bringing the change of clothes. I sometimes wonder why I even bother putting the plastic smock (sp?) on. Miss you guys, we wish we could come out and visit each month or every couple of weeks.
